Useful information after receiving an approval letter for your visa

-          After getting approval letter issued by the Visa Vietnam department (official letter from government) from our email, would you please check your passport details, visa type, entry/exit date again to make sure there is no mistake. Email us immediately if you find out any mistake or doubt.

-          Print the approval letter to show for boarding and then show on arrival at landing visa office located in Vietnam international airport (in front of immigration line) if you apply for visa on arrival service. Or please print the approval letter then bring it to the embassy/consulate to get visa if you apply for approval letter to pick up visa at embassy/consulate.

-          Prepare 2 passport-sized photos  (4x6 cm or 2x2 inch) or you can also pay to take photo at a Vietnam airport

-          Download entry/exit form for Vietnam then fill out and sign to save time on arrival.
