Vietnam Business Visa

The business visa is issued for commercial purposes when you represent a company, office, Business partners, or when exploring market for an investment purpose. Here you get visa for doing trade.

Vietnam Tourist Visa

There are two ways to obtain Vietnam visa for the citizens of Uganda.

1. Online Application to get Vietnam visa

a. Get your Vietnam visa at arrival

The easiest and the fastest method for every air traveler is to apply visa online. Using the visa online service from the agency website after applying with the necessary information an approval letter will be provided by the Immigration department of Vietnam to get visa within a working day in normal services and just 2 to 3 days during traffic.

To apply, for an online Visa follow the four simple steps

• Fill the necessary information of the online visa application form.

• Make your payment using Western Union, debit card, credit card, Bank transfer or PayPal.

• Receive an approval letter on the email sent by the agency within a working day in normal services or 2 to 9 hours depending on the visa traffic.

• On arrival at Vietnam Airport, show your approval letter which you had, your passport, and two passport photos of size “2x2 inches“or “4x6 cm”to the authorities.

• At last pay the stamping fee and obtain your visa.

b. Get visa from the Vietnam embassy applying online

For air travelers, if you want to obtain your visa through the Vietnam Embassy in a more rapid way, you can prefer the agency service of Embassy Visa where the application has to be made online and the agency provides you with approval letter. Visit the Vietnam Embassy, submit the mandatory documents, and pay the necessary stamping fee thereby receiving your visa.

2. Contact the embassy of Vietnam

In Uganda there is no Vietnam Embassy, so you have to travel the nearest country Tanzania to apply for Vietnam visa at “Vietnam Embassy” in Tanzania. Visit the Vietnam Embassy in Tanzania during the working hours with mandatory documents and follow their visa procedure. It will take at least three working days to get Vietnam visa.
