Applying for an embassy visa:
Bermuda, as if now, does not have a Vietnam embassy and hence obtaining a visa is a tough task for the applicants here. The citizens do not have any other option but to find an embassy in the neighboring nations that can accept their visa requests. You will find a list of all the Vietnam embassies in the world on their official website. You may approach any of these, with your request.
1) You are required to fill up the visa application form that is available on the website. Arrange the required documents, photo, and complete the form for a successful application.
2) Visiting the embassy will not be realistic hence; you will have to send the application via post. Choose a good postal service, as you have to submit your original passport as well. You might be able to pay the fee online.
3) Once the embassy accepts the form, it will process the visa in the next 5 to 7 working days. You will need some more days due to the postal service.
4) This visa will give you the right to enter into Vietnam through any preferred route i.e. land, water, or air.
Applying for a VOA:
It should be gauged by now that getting an embassy visa is a difficult process and it is costly too, as you have to contact international embassies. Hence, we suggest the Bermuda citizens to go for a Visa on Arrival that is the quickest way of obtaining a visa.
1) Fill up the application form with absolutely no paperwork involved. Make a payment for the visa fee and you are sorted. This fee will depend on the type of visa you applied for and the duration for which you need to stay.
2) This application is forwarded by us to the Vietnam Immigration department. It will send over an approval letter in your name. We will forward this letter to your registered e-mail within two working days.
3) This letter is all you need to get on a flight for Vietnam. Once at the airport, the approval letter will be checked by the immigration officer and finally the visa will be stamped. We ensure that this complete process is uninterrupted for our clients.
4) This visa is applicable for a journey through airways only. For entry though water and land gateway, only an embassy can issue a valid visa.
