Obtaining a visa from Vietnam embassy:

The Belgium citizens have one advantage that the country has its own Vietnam embassy. This embassy is the authority that will issue you visas for any kind of trip to Vietnam. The Vietnam embassy is located in the city of Brussels. The process is as follows:

1) Fill up the application form for your visa and attach a colored photo and relevant documents to it. You may submit this form personally to the embassy or send it via post if you stay far from Brussels.  

2) At the time of making application, you will need to pay a fee to the embassy. The payment can be made in cash or via check.

3) A successful application will give you a visa in 5 to 7 working days. 

4) An embassy visa gives you the right to enter into Vietnam through your preferred route, i.e. land, water, or airways.

Getting a VOA:

The embassy visa although gives you an entry through any route, it is time consuming and at times an expensive ordeal. To escape this, we give our clients the option of a VOA. The VOA is applicable only if you are boarding a flight to Vietnam.

2) The application is taken by us to the Vietnam Immigration Department. They issue an approval letter in the name of the applicant i.e. you.

4) Once you reach any of the major Vietnamese airports, the immigration officer will check your approval letter. The information will be tallied with your passport and then the officer will stamp your visa.
