Few steps or procedure for getting visa on arrival
There are four basic and easy to understand steps to obtain at the airport on arrival, such as-
• Fill the online form- primarily your work is to fill the online for correctly by providing the request of Vietnam visa and passport details. You will be asked to provide date of birth, your full name, current nationality, your passport number, expiry date of your passport. Submit all these above information and wait for getting approval letter of collecting on arrival visa.

• Getting approval letter- the approval letter is sent on email within about 24 hours or 48 hours. After receiving the letter, you have to prepare the following things. Carefully check if there is any information incorrectly given in the details, you provide in the approval letter. The print out the letter showing that Vietnam visa has been stamped on passport at airports and for boarding. Cash money in Euro and USD or any other strong currency is similar to 25 dollar USD for the singly entry stamp fee or 50 dollar USD in case of multiple visa entry or 5 dollar USD in case transit visa. Most importantly note that the embassy fee varies from embassy, thus you should now it correctly. Minimum 2 passport size photos are needed for the exit and entry form. You can download it to sign and attach photos and save for the time of arrival.
• Getting your visa stamped on the passport for at embassy location or on arrival as per your request- you will find landing office for visa at the Vietnam airport at the time of your arrival. So, get in there and obtain your visa stamped on the passport. Alternatively, just go to embassy location of Vietnam if you wished to pick your Vietnam embassy specifically.
