Process of getting Embassy Visa:

1) The next step is to fill up the visa application form. This is available on the embassy’s website as well as at the embassy office. The form needs to be filled and submitted to the embassy in person or via mail.
2) The payment that is required for the visa service needs to be made in only Egyptian pounds either in cash or via a check to the embassy.
3) The original passport needs to be submitted along with the application.
4) A latest color photograph of dimension 4cm X 6cm needs to be submitted as well.
5) If you are sending the application through post then ensure that you do it via a professional service provider who lets you track the status of the deliverable.
6) Once the application has been accepted, the visa will be processed in the next 3 to 5 working days.
7) For a quicker service, embassy also has the provision of express visa, but that will incur you extra charges.
8) If you want the visa to be mailed to you then make sure that, you send a pre paid envelope to the embassy. The embassy will mail the visa to your address.
9) The visa from the embassy is sufficient to get an entry into Vietnam via any preferred route. You can choose the land; water or the airways and an embassy visa can gain you a smooth entry.
