Bolivian citizens are required to obtain Visa in order to travel to Vietnam. Usually, a foreign national can obtain Visa through two simple ways. He can either contact the Embassy of Vietnam in his country or apply for Visa on Arrival. Vietnam does not have an embassy in Bolivia, which makes the Visa application process through the embassy a little more complicated for the citizens of Bolivia. 

• Apply through the embassy

Since Vietnam does not have an embassy in Bolivia, citizens are required to contact embassies in neighboring countries or contact embassy officials of these embassies over the telephone or e-mail to enquire if the process can be facilitated over postal mail.
